  • The back yard is exclusive for the Good Times Vacation apartment. There is a picnic table, dog house, play house, grill, patio and outside private shower with hot and cold water.
  • The outside back yard is fenced in. Here is the grill and outdoor shower.
  • Good Times is the downstairs apartment of a single family home. The apartment is the entire downstairs of the home with a private seperate entrance
  • The entrance goes thru the screened porch into the home.
  • The fully fenced in back yard includes a dog house. This is recent visitor Patches enjoying his own place!
  • There are two off street parking spaces directly in front of the apartment. Right outside your front door.
  • The back yard of Good Times is your private fully fenced back yard. There is an outdoor shower, grill, seating, picnic table and even a dog house for your furry babies.
  • The vacation apartment is right beside Under the Tybee Sun and across from Nora's Cottage and A Mermaid's Tale. This is an ideal set up for several famlies to gather together and enjoy a holiday.

Good Times is the ideal home for a small family, single or couple looking for a great location and great value. This quirky vacation apartment features the entire ground level with a private entrance. The very large fenced back yard is for your private use and great for children and dogs to play. Pet-friendly- ideal for pets and kids! Good Times is next door to Under the Tybee Sun and across the street from Nora's Cottage and A Mermaid Tale. 2 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to the large children's playground located at Memorial Park. 7th Street beach (your closest beach) is very family-friendly and a 5 minute walk. The home features expanded cable and complimentary long distance calls anywhere in the US.

    The apartment had an unusual floor plan which made it interesting. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The master bed was a little uncomfortable but we are used to a sleep number bed so it is hard to find better then that. Tybee Island is a wonderful, a beautiful beach town. We loved Gerald's Pig and Shrimp place. Great food, fun owner.

    This is was our 4th stay with Mermaid Cottages. Wonderful time on Tybee as always. Thank you for the wonderful quilted sea turtle you gave our daughter. She named her Trixie (after one on the ponies in the Little House on the Praire series). Off to the

    My three teenagers and I spent 4th of July weekend at Good Times Cottage on Tybee Island, GA. The cottage was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The location was perfect. The 8th street beach was an easy walk or if we wanted a little more action the pier was a 15 minute walk. The outdoor shower was very convenient after spending a day at the beach. It made up for having only one bathroom in the cottage. We had such a wonderful time. I would not change a thing!

    We enjoyed our stay at Good Time's Apartment. It was clean, close to the beach, and in a quiet area. However, we would recommend a couple night lights to be available, as we needed to leave the bathroom light on to see at night. We had some bug issues on our last night, including one very large flying cockroach. However, it was a convenient location and we were able to walk to some restaurants. After seeing all the activity down by the pier, we were glad that we did not stay at that end of the island. We very much enjoyed the island!

    Our first trip to Tybee was great! The cottage was clean and located on a quiet street. A short walk to the beach, but off the noisy main drag. Really ideal for a relaxing getaway. They had everything we needed right there to enjoy our visit. Only comment was maybe the bed was a little too soft for us, but we were so worn out from sightseeing and swimming that I think we could have slept anywhere. Loved sitting outside enjoying that great weather sipping our morning coffee!

    Excellent location especially with children. Nice quiet bike friendly street! Only problem was we had to vacuum rug in front room when we arrived- looked like it was covered in cat hair and my daughter is quite allergic.
