  • The cottage is surrounded by beautiful flowers, palms and even citrus trees.
  • The side door from the kitchen leads out to the gas grill, the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and the fully fenced in back and side yard.
  • Just another example of this fabulous cottage and the attention to details you find everywhere!
  • The back yard has a deck with two entrances from the two back bedrooms. Seating on the deck over looks the fenced in back yard.
  • The front door leads right into the sun room.
  • When you walk in the front door of the cottage , you are in the sun room. Full of windows with Eastern Exposure- you'll be able to relax, read and enjoy your family in this very bright room
  • The sun room leads right into the living room/ dining room/ kitchen. The original pine paneling and heart of pine flooring is throughout the entire home.
  • The dining room table seats 6 people including the banquette. The original light fixture hangs above the dining room table. Cozy and ideal to eat or play a board game with your family.
  • The living room features a large tv, books, games and a cd player. The large map is showes all of Tybee and surrounding areas
  • The living room features a very large and comfy sofa!
  • The kitchen is a galley kitchen and fully stocked with everything you need for any type of meals. We are a true cottage kitchen so we do not have a dishwasher, but everything else you need is there! We also include a basic coffee service for our guests.
  • This bedroom features a queen bed, cable TV and a door out to the outdoor deck.
  • Bedroom 2 also features 1 queen bed, flat screen tv with cable and a door leading out to the back deck.
  • Bedroom 3 features 1 Double bed and 1 twin bed. Plus cable tv!

  • The bathroom is a full bath with a shower/ tub combination
  • The owner is an amazing artist and his home is full of his art. This is just one example of the work in the cottage.

This beautiful cottage is ideal for a family, girls weekend or even a getaway just for yourself. The original pine floors throughout the home have been newly restored and give the entire cottage a cozy glow. The living room/dining room/galley kitchen is all one large room so you can cook dinner while being part of the entire group. The sun room in the front of the home gives you another great area to relax and enjoy. Complimentary WIFI and High speeed internet allows you to stay in touch as needed. Miller Avenue is 4-5 blocks back from the beach and an easy walk to the Back River Fishing pier as well as kayak launch area-Alley 3. You are also close to "Downtown Tybee" which includes the Marine Science Center, our fishing pier and shops and restaurants. A truly delightful cottage!!

    Tybe Daze is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach, but on a quiet street. We had everything there to make our stay relaxing and easy! There is only one bathroom, but even with a teenage daughter we were able to work that out. A fun time was had by all and we would love to come back again.

    The cottage was fun and homey. My only negative would be the big ugly brown roach looking water bug in the two back bedrooms. Three in total creeped across the floor. Yuck!

    Some instructions on how the bathroom and kitchen light dimmers work; we discovered how on our last day. Also on our last day we discovered that the hair dryer ran but did not heat. As far as staying at Tybee Daze it was spacious for us two and very peaceful to stay there.

    Hi,

    We loved our stay in general. The only problem was that a few of the neighbors were loud late into the night, 2 nights in a row. It as very peaceful coming in, but I suppose they were just enjoying the holidays.
