This is a large beach house perfect for families, friends' getaways, bridal guests, etc. Short walk to beach on 8th or 9th Street; no roads to cross; beach side of Butler Avenue.

Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Lots of bathrooms so no waiting in line! Garage underneath house is large area with TV, corn hole and ping pong table. Great area for family fun. Large screened in porch upstairs to relax listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze!

Note: 2 of the bedrooms at Seacation are downstairs (street level). The key to access the downstairs bedrooms is on a keychain on a hook in the hall upstairs. The downstairs rooms are accessed from the interior stairwell off of the hall that leads from the main level of the house to the garage/entertainment area below. These steps are under the main house and the rooms located at street level are completely separate from the main floor of the house and would not be suitable for accommodating children without adults also staying down on that level. There are locks on these rooms; thus the key upstairs is needed to open the rooms. There are also a half bath, full bath and shower room on this level and a sitting area with TV and game area as mentioned above. While it is not necessary to technically go outside from upstairs to access these rooms, you do have to leave the main house, and the steps leading down to these rooms as well as the whole street level area is enclosed but opens to the outdoors. To access these rooms from outside, there is a combination lock for the 13th Place door.

Fenced-in yard and parking for four cars. Located on a quiet, private street with no thru traffic. Most parking on driveway side of house. No parking on grass in front due to sprinkler system. Parallel parking only in front of garage gates.


NOTE REGARDING BEACH ACCESS FOR SEACATION COTTAGE: You CANNOT walk down 8th Place to the beach; there is no access. You can walk to 8th or 9th Street for beach access. A two minute walk with no roads to cross to get your toes in the sand!

5 bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs: a queen with attached bath/laundry room with walk-in shower, a king, and another queen with attached half bath.

On the lower level, there are 2 queen bedrooms: one that is included in the central HVAC and has an attached half bath and a second queen with a window unit for heating and cooling. Access to the lower level bedrooms is via a central staircase from the house to the lower level garage or from the outside thru the garage. In addition to the half bath on this level, there is a full bath with shower as well as a separate shower room.

Outside, there is an outdoor shower to refresh from your day at the beach and wash off all that sand and salt!
