Hi Speed Internet and WIFI provided. Pet Friendly, with a natural wood fenced-in yard in the back and on both sides of the property, and a classic wooden white picket fence boadering 6th Avenue in front of the cottage. A large screened-in porch off the living
room has an extendable futon, that can be used to sleep an additional person. The three bedrooms include two Queen, & one Full sized beds, sleeping seven (if you use the porch). Outside, on 6th Ave and Chatham Ave, there is abundant trees and lush vegitation,
both common on the property and the back river area. There is a gas grill in the backyard, and hot/cold outside shower. The two largest bedrooms have door access to the backyard. The cottage is a three short block walk to the back river beach, fishing pier
and kayak launch, and a short five block walk to the front ocean. The southeastern end of Tybee Island is great for long leisurely walks, and bike riding- on the island and on the beach. Take in the gorgeous colors of dusk at sunset over the back river and
be adventurous, bike down to the front ocean early, for sunrise. Restaurants(AJ’s is barely a two block walk), and shopping(remember Tybee Island is small, quaint and intimate, only 3/4 mile wide and about 3+ miles long) are also in walking/biking distance.
6th Ave, Tybee Island was also the location where Miley Cyruss’s 2010 movie The Last Song, filmed all the church scenes.
