This Historic Tybee Cottage was built in 1931 and saved from being torn down by the previous owners with a passion for restortaion and preservation. The home was moved and then completely restored with attention to detail paid everywhere you look! Winner of the 2005 Tybee Island Historical Society Preservation Award and featured on the 2005 Tybee Tour of Homes- this cottage is a great example of a classicTybee Cottage updated for today's visitors. Ground level ( 5 steps to climb), wrap around screened porch, large family gathering area, full equipped kitchen, large yard to play . Pet Friendly! Please note there is not a fenced yard at this time.
