166 South Campbell Ave Tybee Island GA 31328. This little 1940's cottage has the orignal walls, heart of pine floors and screened porch and dock. Lovingly decorated and filled with her treasures, Pearl ( the yellow lab) and Katie ( her human) can't be here year round which is why they loan out their cottage to visitors. Yes, all pets are welcome but keep in mind there is not a fenced in yard. The cottage features 4 rooms- a living room, bedroom ( 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed) a cottage kitchen ( no dishwasher and no washer and dryer) and a "under the hula moon" screened porch. And that 5th room is a dock on the tidal creek, deep enough in high tide to kayak from and for your dogs to jump in the water. Yes- this is the only place on Tybee where dogs can actually be in the water without fear of a ticket! 2 AC window units, high speed internet and wifi, cable TV and a HUGE CD collection. South Campbell Ave is an almost private street ending at the Horsepen Creek gated community- so very few people are on this street. The cottage sits on the east side of the street, but nothing is across the west side of the street so sunset watching is a private show.flipkey reviews
